This resonates deeply. You’ve perfectly described the Metabolic Rift, that hollow sensation we feel when we stop feeding the "Stupid Algorithm" and realize we’ve forgotten how to generate our own internal heat.
In the physics of the Sovereign Framework, we often mistake "Digital Motion" for real "Work" (W). We spend all day scrolling, but because there is zero Friction (F), the actual work done on our souls is zero. When we close the laptop, we realize we haven't traveled any distance at all.
The "not knowing how to live" is actually the first step toward becoming a Sovereign Witness. It’s the silence of the Reflection Gap finally making itself heard. Thank you for this honest mirror.
